2. These terms
These terms apply to every order you place through this website. Please read them before ordering – by placing an order you agree to them.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
3. Placing an order
When you place an order you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received it. That email is an acknowledgement, not an acceptance.
Your order is accepted, and a contract formed between us, when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched.
If we can’t accept your order – because a product is out of stock, because we can’t deliver to your address, or because of a pricing error – we’ll tell you and refund any payment taken.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately and calculated at checkout.
We take payment when you place your order.
Prices can change, but changes won’t affect an order we’ve already accepted.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we’re not obliged to supply it at that price. We’ll contact you before proceeding and you can confirm the correct price or cancel.
5. Products
We make every effort to describe our products accurately, and to show them as they are.
Our products are natural and made from plants, so colour, texture and moisture content vary between batches, and between seasons. Photographs on the site are illustrative.
Bulk bag weights are approximate and vary with moisture content.
6. Availability
All products are subject to availability. If something becomes unavailable after you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you to offer an alternative, a partial dispatch, or a refund.
7. Delivery
Delivery charges, timescales and access requirements are set out in our Delivery & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
Delivery timescales are estimates. We aren’t liable for delays caused by our couriers, by weather, or by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
8. Cancellation and returns

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
9. Faulty or misdescribed goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they aren’t, contact us and we’ll offer a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
10. Using our products
Our products are intended for use in gardens and on plants. Please follow the directions on the packaging and on the product page.
We recommend washing your hands after use. Our products are safe around children, pets and wildlife, but they aren’t food.
We aren’t liable for damage caused by using a product other than as directed.
11. Accounts
If you create an account you’re responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account.
We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it’s being misused.
12. Reviews
You can leave a review on any product you’ve bought. By submitting one you grant us permission to publish it on the site, alongside your name.
We may decline to publish, or remove, reviews that are abusive, unlawful, off-topic, or not about the product.
13. Discount codes
Discount codes are valid for the period stated, can’t be exchanged for cash, and can’t be combined unless we say so. We may withdraw a code at any time.
14. Our liability
We’re responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care.
We aren’t responsible for loss or damage that isn’t foreseeable, or for business losses – these terms apply to consumers, and if you buy for business use we’re not liable for loss of profit, business, contracts or opportunity.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited in law.
15. Intellectual property
The content of this website – text, photographs, logos and design – belongs to PlantGrow Ltd or is used with permission. You may not reproduce it without our written consent.
16. Privacy
We handle your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
17. Complaints

18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
